Foam ports are far smaller than the holes mudjacking needs, so there is less to patch and less to see afterward.

Both raise a sunken slab by pumping material into the gap underneath. The difference is what goes in. Mudjacking uses a heavy cement slurry through larger holes, and it can be the cheaper choice on big, thick slabs. Polyjacking uses expanding foam through small holes, cures far faster, and does not add weight to soft ground.
